Send us the agreement.
You send us the settlement agreement. We arrange a suitable time for a solicitor to video or audio call you. Call today.
Step 2
Advice call and sign-off
The solicitor advises you on the terms and effect of the agreement. If you're happy, it's signed off and sent to your employer.
Step 3
Invoice and payment
We invoice the employer for the agreed payment towards the costs of you getting advice on the agreement.
Solicitor fees
The settlement agreement will say how much your employer will pay towards you getting independent legal advice, usually between £250 and £750 plus VAT. Our solicitors promise: their charges to advise you on your settlement agreement are capped at the level your employer pays towards you getting legal advice (as specified in your settlement agreement). The solicitor invoice is sent to your employer.
