Settlement Agreement Cost Promise
It’s standard practice for employers to contribute to the cost of your legal advice on a settlement agreement. Why? Because without that advice the agreement is not binding and therefore won’t prevent you bringing statutory claims against your employer.
We fix our fee to exactly what they’ve agreed to pay — no top-ups, no extras. That fee covers legal advice on the terms of your settlement agreement, advice from a solicitor on its effect, and signing the legal adviser certificate. Unlike many solicitors, we also include any negotiations on the wording at no additional charge.
What you see is what you pay.
We provide fast legal advice for employees on their settlement agreement, from a specialist employment solicitor. Same day service and charges are fixed at the level the bank has agreed to pay. We make the advice process simple and smooth – with everything done by email calls and e-signing.
