The legal team advise employees on settlement agreements, whether that's to to achieve a fast-sign-off or negotiate better terms.
Step 1
Send us the agreement.
You send us the settlement agreement. It's helpful to send us the offer letter/email, plus your employment contract, if you have access to it. We arrange a suitable time for a solicitor to video or audio call you.
Step 2
Advice call and sign-off
The solicitor wil advise you on the terms and effect of the agreement. If your happy to sign, the agreement is signedoff and sent to your employer for them to sign adn return. Once signed by all parties, it's legally binding.
Step 3
Invoice and payment
We invoice the employer for the agreed payment towards the costs of you getting advice on the agreement. Your employer makes the agreement termination and other payments to you.
